GPO Enabled WinRM - Win 7 clients


We recently enabled Win RM across our desktop/laptop estate using GP and a powershell script. However, we seem to have an issue where Client Center will connect successfully on some machines but not others and we're having issues trying to tie down exactly what the common denominator is? Client Center is set up to use our admin accounts with port 5986 and the SSL box checked. The service seems to be running and all config enabled etc? Any help much appreciated.

Error code -

Connecting to remote server xxxx failed with the following error message : The WS-Management service cannot process the request. Cannot find the Microsoft.PowerShell session configuration in the WSMan: drive on the xxx computer. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Can you connect a remote computer by using Powershell ?
Enter-PsSession <Computername> -UseSSL

No that doesn't appear to work on the the failing clients?

Will set the Issue to resolved as it's not directly related to client center.
You can still post the solution for the case that others have the same issue...

Sounds like you may have the same problem as this guy, looks like he found a solution.
